Terms of sale for all countries outside Germany
All our books are offered subject to prior sale. The description is accurate and comprehensive, for unknown german expressions please use our glossary. If you find defects, which are not described, you can send back the book(s) by the same or similar way to Germany. Your postage costs and any payment will be refunded immediately on our receipt of the book(s) in the same condition as they were received by you. Prices are in EURO (EURO). We accept VISA and Euro-/MasterCard.You can transfer free of charges also to our German account, in this case we send beforehand a proforma invoice.
Whenever you order something according to § 3 FernAbsG you are entitled to cancel that order within a fortnight after receipt without having to give reasons. For this there are two ways:
1. Cancellation of your order has to be done in writing (letter, fax, e-mail). Further details will then be settled between us as company and you as customer.
2. You return the goods within two weeks after receipt. Up to EUR 40,-. value of your order it is you who will have to cover the cost.
In case the goods you return to us should be in worse condition than you had received them, you will have to pay either the difference of the value, or the total.

Usually we send our books the cheapest way at reduced rate. If you prefer air mail, we inform you beforehand with e-mail of the costs.
